Tiankongzhijing Trading Inc., a fast-growing retail and international trade business, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales strategy and execution. This position is critical to expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in our diverse product categories.

235 Hood Road Unit 2, Markham, Ontario L3R 4N3
Salary:
$43.30/hour (Full-time, Permanent - 35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the sales department to meet performance targets and maximize profitability.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to Canadian and Chinese markets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities; recommend improvements to product offerings and sales tactics.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors to enhance business opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure timely product availability and stock control.
Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; present findings to senior management and advise on sales-related improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales operations.
Qualifications:
A college diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in retail or wholesale sales on Chinese market.
Strong understanding of sales processes in multicultural markets, especially within Canada and China.
Experience selling health products and food.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mandarin is a strong asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
