Job Description

We're looking for a

sales professional

with strong connections to the

architecture & design (A&D) community in Quebec

. This role is about building relationships, driving specifications, and growing sales of premium lighting brands across the province.

What You'll Do



Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and key clients. Manage projects from specification through order, ensuring smooth handoff to coordination teams. Proactively grow the territory by identifying new business opportunities. Present products in client meetings, showrooms, and industry events. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Travel within Quebec (primarily Montreal and Quebec City, with some Ottawa as needed).

What We're Looking For



3-5+ years of proven sales experience

in lighting, furniture, or a related design industry. Strong existing network in Quebec's

A&D community

. Demonstrated track record of hitting or surpassing sales quotas. Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. Fluent in

French and English

(written and spoken). Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline management, and reporting.

. Le role consiste a developper des relations, generer des specifications et accroitre les ventes de marques d'eclairage haut de gamme a travers la province.

Responsabilites




+ Developper et maintenir des relations avec les architectes, designers, prescripteurs et clients cles.
+ Gerer les projets depuis la specification jusqu'a la commande, en assurant une transition fluide avec les equipes de coordination.
+ Identifier de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires pour accroitre la part de marche.
+ Presenter les produits lors de rencontres clients, en salle de montre et dans le cadre d'evenements de l'industrie.
+ Atteindre et depasser les objectifs de vente fixes.
+ Effectuer des deplacements au Quebec (principalement Montreal et Quebec, avec certaines visites a Ottawa au besoin).###

Profil recherche




+

3 a 5 ans et plus d'experience averee en ventes

dans le domaine de l'eclairage, du mobilier ou d'une industrie connexe du design.
+ Solide reseau deja etabli dans la communaute

A&D du Quebec

.
+ Historique demontre d'atteinte ou de depassement des objectifs de vente.
+ Excellentes habiletes en communication, presentation et developpement de relations.
+ Maitrise du

francais et de l'anglais

, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.
+ A l'aise avec les outils CRM, la gestion de pipeline et la production de rapports.###
