Job Overview
We're looking for a
Sales Manager
who's not just a manager, but an all-rounder--someone who can roll up their sleeves, sell cars, manage the sales floor, and take ownership of dealership performance. Think of it as a "one-man army" type of role--but with the support of a growing team and leadership that values initiative, responsibility, and results.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day sales operations and help drive revenue through both personal sales and team efforts
Manage, support, and motivate a small team to hit monthly and annual sales goals
Develop and execute smart, data-driven sales strategies
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a positive, no-pressure buying experience
Coach and train team members on closing deals and providing excellent service
Track leads and performance using CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar)
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and dealership processes
What We're Looking For
Sales leadership experience
preferred but not required
--we're open to the right attitude and drive
Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and can manage multiple responsibilities
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and using data to improve performance
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers
