We are currently seeking a
Sales
Manager
to lead the home sales division at
Dilworth Homes
. This key role involves overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from team leadership to customer relations and closing transactions, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all communities. The Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager of Dilworth Homes, with additional support from the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the neighborhoods and product offerings, including custom home construction.
Manage and execute all new home sales and custom home sales activities across designated communities.
Prepare and execute purchase contracts and required supporting documentation for all home sales
Lead, schedule, train, and mentor the show home hostesses.
Qualify leads, conduct client follow-ups, and close deals.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate sales performance reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team on signage, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to optimize pricing and positioning.
Ensure all show homes meet brand standards and are always market-ready.
Represent the company at events, grand openings, and industry functions.
Provide regular reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing & General Manager on sales metrics and performance.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and communication skills with prior team management experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS, DocuSign and contract processes.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the Okanagan real estate market is a strong asset.
High-energy and outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
Note:
A BC Real Estate Trading Services license is not required; preference is given to non-licensed candidates. Knowledge of custom home construction is considered a major asset
The salary range for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.
