Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager (with a dotted line to the Regional Sales Director), you'll be the local connector who keeps our sales strategy in tune. You'll build relationships, drive revenue, and help guests discover what's next.
You'll:
Negotiate and contract new and repeat business
Make moves through sales calls, networking, and prospecting
Lead with confidence and keep the team energized
Dive into revenue management and explore all sales segments
Keep guest satisfaction front and center
What You Bring

Proven track record in sales
Hospitality or Marriott experience is a plus
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Organized, results-driven, and great with time management
Clear communicator with a positive vibe
