Job Description

The Sales Manager I is responsible for managing and delivering leadership development programs aimed at emerging MLM leaders. This entry-level management role focuses on executing leadership initiatives, facilitating training, and supporting leadership growth strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in training, leadership development, or coaching and is eager to contribute to the success of MLM leaders.

Essential Functions:




Implement leader development programs aligned with company goals. Facilitate leadership training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements. Conduct needs assessments to tailor programs to the evolving needs of MLM leaders. Develop and maintain leadership development resources, including instructional materials and digital learning tools. Track program participation and progress, making adjustments based on data insights. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure leadership development initiatives align with company objectives. Provide feedback and guidance to emerging leaders on their development journeys. Stay current on industry trends in leadership development and learning methodologies.



Skills & Qualifications:




Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging leadership audiences. Foundational knowledge of leadership development principles and adult learning theories. Ability to analyze participant progress and adapt programs to meet developmental needs. Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.



Required Education and Experience:




Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in leadership development, training, coaching, or a related field.



Preferred Education and Experience:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in leadership development or training, preferably in the MLM or direct selling industry. Coaching certification or leadership development credential is a plus.



Supervisory Responsibility:





This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.




Work Environment:





This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:





This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.



Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee's manager.

Physical Demands:





The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
