As the Sales Manager for our chimney sweep business, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our sales efforts, developing new business, and managing customer relationships.
Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by promoting our services, acquiring new customers, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring that they meet or exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business.
Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, providing exceptional service.
Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients to promote our services.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.

Qualifications:
