Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving targets while maximizing profitability
Train, guide, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage
Process transactions accurately using the POS system (IQ Metrix - RQ)
Handle cash responsibly and maintain precise register balances
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar retail leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
Ability to manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of inventory management processes
Experience conducting interviews and hiring staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
