We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full operations of the store -- from sales performance and customer service to inventory control and staff leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, excellent organization, and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Track sales goals and work toward achieving and exceeding targets
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Complete regular performance check-ins and provide coaching and feedback
Develop and execute strategies that support sales growth and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and reduce shrinkage
Process transactions accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system
Handle cash management and maintain accurate register balances
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of the wireless telecommunications industry
Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable retail leadership role
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service standards
Proficiency with POS systems and other retail-related software
Ability to manage cash responsibly and accurately
Familiarity with inventory management methods
Experience conducting interviews and hiring staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
