Job Summary:



EWEE Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecom Sales Manager to lead within our Bell Partnered Corporate Mobile Sales and Bell Business Markets (BBM) efforts. This role focuses on driving growth across mobile and connectivity solutions for mid-market and enterprise business clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B telecom sales, mobile technologies, and a proven ability to manage and grow high-performing sales teams. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the telecom sector. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and account managers. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Manage key accounts and build strong long-term customer relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds established quotas and KPIs. Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues as needed.

Requirements:



Degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Demonstrated success leading teams to exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of

B2B mobile solutions,

including

wireless data, enterprise mobility management (EMM), IoT, and 5G

applications.

Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho etc)

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.

Preferred Qualifications:



Existing network of contacts within the telecom industry. Experience in B2B telecom sales. Understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT, fiber optics). Proven track record of management and team building skills.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
