Duties
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the high-net-worth client segment.
Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to meet and exceed both individual and team sales goals.
Design and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and client engagement.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster open communication by offering regular feedback, guidance, and support to team members.
Deliver ongoing training to enhance the team's product expertise and sales techniques.
Focus on sustainable growth and long-term business profitability.
Qualifications
Insurance License Level - 2 and 2 years experience in leadership role
preferred.
Proven experience in insurance sales.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Experience in sales administration processes is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
