About the role:
Working directly with the General Sales Manager, the Sales Lease & Retention Manager will be responsible for overseeing and promoting new lease opportunities, and lease renewals. Alongside the rest of Sales Manager team, the Sales Lease & Retention Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Sales Department
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Overall responsibility for all aspects of tracking upcoming lease and retail renewal opportunities for all lending sources, with a particular focus on the Tricor portfolio.
• Report on renewal percentages and performance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive record keeping system for leases, accepted or not, the volumes, payment information and other data
• Ensure all necessary lease documents are provided and signed appropriately
• Assess and resolve issues of credit extensions or take repossession decisions as appropriate
• Provide input to lease forecasting (monthly, annual) and help in defining trends etc.
• Ensure store sales targets in volume and gross are attained
• Respond to all vehicle customer complaints and maintain adequate records of all transactions
• Assist with both new and used vehicle deals; assist sales representatives as required
• In concert with the General Manager, develop and implement advertising and promotions as required

Requirements:

• Strong computer proficiency
• 3 years' Automotive Lease and Sales experience / management experience
• A valid AB driver's license and a clean abstract
• AMVIC license
