Position Overview
In this role, you will be a key player in our growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients to expand our business. You will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to account conversion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals and impacting growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:Proactively identify, seek out and initiate contact with potential clients
Sales Conversion:Nurture and guide leads through the sales cycle to convert them into signed accounts
Trial Management & Transition:Manage new client service trials, ensuring a successful and positive experience, and transition these trials into signed agreements.
Lead Management:Respond to all incoming leads from marketing efforts for inclusion into the pipeline and subsequent conversion.
CRM Management:Maintain an organized and accurate database of all sales activities and client communications in our CRM system.
Qualifications
2-4 years of full-cycle sales experience (from lead generation to close) in a B2B environment, preferably within the food service, catering, or tech/SaaS industry.
CRM Proficiency: Proven track record of maintaining accurate data and managing a sales pipeline using a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and conduct professional client presentations and demos.
Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements and close new contracts, meeting or exceeding high-performance metrics (e.g., the target 80% close rate).
Proactivity & Self-Management: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of outbound and inbound activities independently.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with potential clients and manage the trial-to-conversion process smoothly.
