Job Description

Under supervision, the Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales of vacation ownership products in a professional and ethical manner through a structured sales presentation. Generates maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of HGVC. Committed to the company's operating policies, procedures, sales and customer service philosophies.

Sells vacation ownership packages in a professional and ethical manner. Maintains a professional relationship with members, owners, and guests to develop trust and commitment towards the Company and for the product. Works within established pricing, FDI costs and present vacation ownership package options in accordance with specified guidelines and as directed by management. Encourages participation in the Company's member, owner, and guests' referral program. Follows up with owners and members after the sale, based on established policies and procedures. Is accountable for meeting acceptable tour-to-sale ratio (VPG). Conducts sales presentations for members, new guests, mini-vacs, owner referrals, courtesy tours, IPC/OPC, owner packages, owners and other guests. Presents a professional sales representation of HGVC products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of assigned market. Represents the product and HGVC in the hightest degree of professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times. Attends all depatmental sales training and development programs. Must have strong closing and sales experience with both owner and non-owner channels. Sets a high standard level of performance in regards to cancellation and detault rates. Provides proper information and communicatin to all managers. Embodies the Hilton Grand VacationsValues of Hospitalit, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now. Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Compensation: $16.10 per hour plus commissions and/or bonuses governed by a compensation plan.


To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

Ability to conduct oneself in a professional, ethical and unbiased manner at all times. Able to clearly explain the product and sales proposal. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft Teams. Ability to operate general office machinery (i.e. computer, copy machine, fax machine, etc.) Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes. Able to effectively perform job duties with frequent interruptions and/or distractions. Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external Customers. Ability to speak competently and confidently in a public setting. Basic math skills. Ability to consistently demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with team members, management, members, owners and guests.

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:

* Strong understanding of vacation ownership/timeshare industry and sales processes.
