Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives within the food products sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, market trends, and innovations in the food industry. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to both individual and team success. Market Analysis: Understand market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of experience working as an Outside Sales Representative, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector. Strong FMCG sales background, with experience in selling food products that have a short lifespan (perishable goods). Proven ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the food industry.
