We're looking for a high-level Executive Salesperson & Appointment Setter to become a key growth driver for our company. This is not a typical "call center" role--this is a performance-based position for someone who understands value, communicates with confidence, and takes full ownership of their pipeline.
What You'll Do
Conduct outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and follow-ups to cultivate leads and book qualified appointments.
Manage the early-stage sales cycle from first contact to appointment confirmation.
Build rapport with prospects, uncover pain points, and clearly communicate value.
Maintain consistent outbound outreach using CRM tools and structured follow-up systems.
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, pitch strategy, and market positioning.
Hit (and exceed) weekly KPIs for contacts made, booked appointments, and pipeline activity.
What We're Looking For
Strong sales instincts with the ability to communicate clearly and move prospects forward.
Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, B2B outreach, or high-ticket lead development.
Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver results.
Tech-savvy--comfortable with CRMs, outreach tools, and digital platforms.
A competitive, high-energy personality with a relationship-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference is given to candidates with experience in:
Web development or technical sales
Digital marketing, SEO, or PPC campaigns
Digital media sales and online advertising landscapes
These skills provide a strong advantage when communicating our services to prospects.

Compensation
This position includes:
Uncapped commission on all closed deals
A negotiable baseline salary for the right candidate
Significant earning potential, with high performers reaching six figures
