We are looking for a
Logistics Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth.
This role suits someone with proven sales success in a 3PL environment, who is ready to develop a rewarding career within our business development team.
What You'll Do
Develop and grow new business opportunities through your existing network, prospecting, and cold calls.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline development, negotiations, and closing.
Partner with NCC's operations team to ensure accurate pricing, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain a robust carrier and customer portfolio, aligning preferred lanes with client needs.
Learn from and work closely with NCC leadership and a supportive operations team.
Continuously develop your skills while contributing to NCC's growth.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven 3PL sales success with a book of business
Mindset:
Self-starter with persistence, integrity, and creativity; a natural competitor with confidence and high earnings expectations.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; sound business acumen.
