JOB DESCRIPTION

Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds, highlighting features and benefits to customers. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by offering test drives and providing detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options. Negotiate sales terms, including trade-in evaluations, pricing, and financing arrangements, to ensure customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts and financing agreements. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

MUST HAVE previous automotive sales experience or 2+ years of sales experience. Be coachable and be open to learning. Have good interpersonal skills, excellent telephone and written communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using computerized system. Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions. Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers. VSA license is an asset. If the applicant does not possess VSA license, then they will need to apply for it within 30 days of joining. Possesses a valid British Columbia class 5 driver's license.

Pay: $60,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
