Here\xe2\x80\x99s the impact you\xe2\x80\x99ll make and what we\xe2\x80\x99ll accomplish together As the Content & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering all written communications, executive summary presentations, playbooks, and more to our sales audiences and business stakeholders. You possess high attention to detail and can think of creative ways to position our content to support learning, coaching, leadership, and organizational development programs. You are curious, energetic, and results-driven and thrive in an environment where you\xe2\x80\x99re asked to replace ambiguity with a defined plan. You will play an important role in the delivery of TELUS Sales Academy, a modern sales enablement program, where sales professionals learn, grow, share, and advance their careers in sales. Today, you could be producing new video content for our sales leadership playbooks, while tomorrow, you could be preparing an executive summary presentation detailing the impact of a sales leadership program or preparing an enterprise-wide communication announcing a new certification program. While our PSO program began in the business unit of TELUS Business, TELUS continues to enter new growth markets and acquire new companies to expand its global sales footprint. In support of this expanded mandate, you will also be involved in supporting a new enterprise-wide PSO consulting practice that guides these new business units in the development of their own sales operating systems, drawing on 20+ years of PSO discipline, rigor, and best practices.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s how
Take ownership of the design and maintenance of our sales executive and sales leadership playbooks which house PSO best practices on sales planning, messaging, use of SFDC, learning & development + more
Migrate content from legacy systems (google sites & vPlaybook) and rebuild in our new enablement platform, Highspot
Manage Highspot spots to ensure all PSO content is easy to find, navigate and consume for our diverse customers and stakeholders
Partner with subject matter experts to produce new content (video or written format) for our playbooks and Sales Academy learning programs
Advise the Sales Performance Culture leadership team on strategies to strengthen our communication posture across TELUS using a variety of mediums including presentations, newsletters, videos etc
Prepare all written communication that gets sent out to our various stakeholders inside of TELUS business solutions
Work with the extended team to create executive summary presentations that demonstrate the impact & ROI of our various programs
Lead the creation and submission of periodic job training grant applications to secure new program funding
Qualifications

Word nerd & grammar genius: You sweat the details when it comes to how and what you communicate
Tech-savvy: comfortable working with leading sales tools to design and deliver content for front-line sales teams (i.e. Highspot, Salesforce, QUIP,)
Bilingual: You are comfortable preparing communications materials in french
Compelling communicator: You are clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication and facilitation, known for your strength in drafting communications plans, bulletins, articles, presentations, communications toolkits, speeches and other documents
Ownership: You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable taking the lead on an initiative and possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Curiosity: You are always looking for new ways to add value and strengthen our team\'s position as strategic business partners to the various revenue organizations within TELUS
Great-to-haves
Held a previous role in a technology or software-as-a-service environment
Experience with Content Management Systems (Highspot preferred)
Experience working with sales teams (marketing, enablement or support capacity)
Familiarity with the Telecommunications and/or IT market
