Your Leadership Role: Sales Director In your role as Sales Director at One Janitorial, you\'ll spearhead our sales initiatives, mentoring and leading a team of skilled sales professionals. You\'ll be instrumental in shaping our sales strategies, nurturing a high-performing team to exceed sales goals. With a lucrative base salary complemented by an attractive commission model, your leadership will not only drive our company\'s success but also enhance your professional trajectory. Who We\'re Seeking:

• A dynamic and experienced Sales Director with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in outbound sales or related fields.
• Past experience in building a phone focused sales team and growing a team to over 30 people
• Talking a company from 2 million in sales to 10 Million
• A visionary leader adept at inspiring teams, maximizing efficiency, and driving top-tier sales performance.
• A strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales growth and team development.
• An articulate communicator with a talent for cultivating a disciplined, ethical, and collaborative work culture.
• A tech-forward professional who is comfortable leveraging the latest sales tools and software.
