Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Director to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of our real estate division, driving growth, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and legal requirements related to real estate sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the sales team.
Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Vancouver, BC.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Valid real estate license in British Columbia (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
