The Role


We're looking for a

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our St-Eustache office. This is an entry-level role with huge growth potential -- perfect for someone who's hungry to break into sales and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact with business owners, creating opportunities and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing



Reach out and qualify leads by phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium business owners Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to track outreach, manage accounts, and report progress Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth client journey Stay proactive in identifying new business opportunities

What You Bring



Bilingual: English and French (required) Confident communicator, comfortable picking up the phone Positive, resilient, and results-driven attitude Organized and detail-oriented, with basic computer/CRM skills Team player who can also take initiative independently No prior finance experience needed -- we'll train you!

Nous cherchons un(e)

Representant(e) au developpement des ventes (SDR)

pour rejoindre notre bureau de St-Eustache. Il s'agit d'un poste d'entree avec un enorme potentiel de croissance -- parfait pour quelqu'un qui veut percer dans la vente et apprendre dans un environnement dynamique. Vous serez le premier point de contact avec les proprietaires d'entreprises, en creant des opportunites et en posant les bases de partenariats solides.

Vos responsabilites



Contacter et qualifier les prospects par telephone et courriel Developper et maintenir de solides relations avec les proprietaires de PME Utiliser notre CRM (Pipedrive) pour suivre les activites, gerer les comptes et produire des rapports Collaborer avec l'equipe afin d'assurer un parcours client fluide Rester proactif(ve) dans l'identification de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires

Ce que vous apportez



Bilinguisme : anglais et francais (obligatoire) Excellentes habiletes de communication, a l'aise au telephone Attitude positive, resiliente et axee sur les resultats Sens de l'organisation et souci du detail, avec des competences informatiques de base (CRM) Esprit d'equipe, capable aussi de prendre des initiatives de facon autonome Aucune experience prealable en finance requise -- nous offrons la formation!
