The Role
We're looking for a
driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our Montreal team. This is a career-launching role where you'll learn how to prospect, qualify, and book meetings with executives at mid-market and enterprise companies (100+ employees) across the U.S. and Canada.
You'll be the
front line of our growth
-- identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and setting demos that fuel our expansion.
What You'll Do
Prospect target accounts using LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
Qualify inbound & outbound leads and book demos for Account Executives
Research prospects and identify decision-makers in Facilities, Operations, IT, and HR
Track and manage outreach in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate closely with Account Executives on territory and strategy
Strive to
exceed weekly and monthly meeting quotas
What We're Looking For
0-2+ years of sales or prospecting experience (SaaS/B2B a plus)
Strong communication skills -- spoken & written English required (French an asset)
Resilient, competitive, and motivated by goals
Organized and able to manage your own pipeline effectively
Eager to grow into Account Executive or leadership roles
What We Offer
Competitive base pay ($18-25/h) + uncapped commissions
OTE Year 1: $60K-$80K

Tes responsabilites
Prospecter des comptes cibles via LinkedIn, courriels et appels a froid

Identifier les decideurs cles en Facilities, Operations, TI et RH
Suivre et gerer les activites dans HubSpot CRM
Collaborer avec les Account Executives sur les strategies de prospection
Travailler pour
depasser les quotas hebdomadaires et mensuels de rendez-vous
Profil recherche
0-2+ ans d'experience en vente ou prospection (SaaS/B2B est un atout)
Excellentes habiletes de communication -- anglais parle & ecrit requis (francais est un atout)
