Key Responsibilities:



Pipedrive Optimization:

Take ownership of our Pipedrive CRM, ensuring all leads are effectively managed, tracked, and optimized for conversion.

Client Prospecting & Outreach

: Proactively identify new opportunities through outreach, prospecting, and cold calling.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion:

Own the lead-to-deal conversion rate by actively managing the pipeline and ensuring timely, effective follow-up with warm leads to secure meetings with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Round Out Existing Clientele:

Work alongside our talented Customer Success Management team to upsell and roundout clients to maximize their lifetime value (LTV)

Deal Progression:

Work deals through the pipeline, with the opportunity to pass deals to a closer while continuously working toward closing deals independently for higher commission potential.

Client Network Building:

Build and nurture a client network through outreach, networking, and trust-based relationships. Focus on partnership opportunities with other businesses that service the trades industry during slower months.

Sales Proposals:

Craft customized proposals that meet client needs, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Post-Sales Support:

Offer superior post-sales support, focusing on building lasting customer relationships and maximizing repeat business.

Brand Representation:

Ensure the Blue Collar Marketing brand is represented excellently in all interactions, including association events and industry gatherings.

What We're Looking For:



Someone not afraid to pick up the phone and call people day-in and day-out Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive experience is a plus). Proven ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients. A self-starter attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Familiarity with the trades industry and/or digital marketing services is an asset.
