founding sales team
and looking for a
high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who thrives in outbound prospecting and is ready to make a significant impact.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through proactive outreach, engaging with mid-market and enterprise B2B prospects across North America. You are a
strong hunter
who enjoys cold calling, emailing, and leveraging sales engagement tools to drive conversations and set high-quality meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
Build and refine your own sales sequences using
SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
.
Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executive
Engage with decision-makers, demonstrating clear and confident communication on calls.
Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as an SDR
in a SaaS environment.
Proven outbound prospecting success
, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
Experience with
Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
.
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and ability to build custom sequences.
Strong verbal communication skills
--ability to sound clear, confident, and engaging on calls.
Experience selling into
mid-market and enterprise B2B
companies.
Canada-based
and focused on outbounding exclusively in North America.
Salary
$40-$50K base USD
Commission: USD ~$25K
OTE: USD ~$65K
