As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Amilia, you\'ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, generating new leads, building relationships, and creating opportunities that lead to success. You\'ll be the catalyst that moves leads through the sales funnel, qualifying them, and turning them into valuable opportunities.You\'ll be responsible for:Outbound Prospecting

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads. Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interest in Amilia\xe2\x80\x99s solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture connections with potential clients across various channels, gaining a deep understanding of their industry, strategy, and goals.
  • Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct discovery calls to assess the needs of prospects and qualify them for the next stage in the sales process.
Creating Opportunities
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client pain points, requirements, and budget. Assess whether there\xe2\x80\x99s a fit with Amilia\xe2\x80\x99s SmartRec solution.
  • Value Demonstration: Clearly communicate the value of Amilia\xe2\x80\x99s solutions to drive interest in advancing to the next step in the sales process.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and seamlessly hand them over to the Account Executive team.
Sales Funnel Management
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead information, activities, and outcomes. Track the progress and analyze conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to refine the sales process, with the aim of increasing the number of qualified leads and exceeding sales targets.
What we want from you:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cadence automation tools.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or similar tech-related industries.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
