is seeking an ambitious, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about sales and working in tech. We're growing and looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team, spread our brand message and attract new B2B customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting
Research and learn about prospects
Cold calling and multi-touch sales activity
Articulate Kapital's product and service value propositions
Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline growth
Meet the agreed-upon expectations of activity, prospecting and results metrics
Maintain contact lists and CRM
Prepare weekly sales reports for management
Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
Other tasks, as needed, to generate new business
We are excited about you if you have:
1 to 5 years of prospecting experience, depending on the complexity of the product/solution being sold, as well as the level of prospect being called.
B2B experience selling a similar type of payments or fintech offerings into similar type of markets
Proven track record with new account development
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
Capacity to adapt to changing environments
Ability to build rapport with clients
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
Drive to learn and continually develop oneself.

Responsabilites
:
Reperez et identifiez des clients potentiels en utilisant une prospection externe ciblee
Rechercher et en apprendre davantage sur les prospects
Effectuer des appels spontanes et des activites de vente multi-canaux
Exprimer clairement la proposition de valeur des produits et services de Kapcharge
Collaborer avec les equipes de Ventes, Marketing et Developpement des Affaires pour stimuler la croissance du pipeline
Respecter les attentes convenues en matiere d'activites, de prospection et de resultats
Maintenir les listes de contacts et le CRM
Preparer des rapports de ventes hebdomadaires pour la direction
Contribuer au developpement de strategies de vente innovantes
Effectuer d'autres taches, au besoin, pour generer de nouvelles affaires

De 1 a 5 ans d'experience en prospection, selon la complexite du produit ou de la solution vendue, ainsi que le niveau des prospects vises
Une experience B2B dans la vente de solutions similaires en paiements ou fintech sur des marches comparables
Un historique prouve dans le developpement de nouveaux comptes clients
Une maitrise de Excel, Word et PowerPoint
Une familiarite avec les systemes d'automatisation du marketing et de CRM
D'excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale
La capacite a respecter les delais et les quotas
Une aptitude a s'adapter aux environnements changeants
La capacite a etablir une relation de confiance avec les clients
Un haut niveau d'energie, de motivation, d'enthousiasme, d'initiative, d'engagement et de professionnalisme
