Role Overview



We are seeking a high-performing and motivated Sales Representative based in the Greater Toronto Area to grow our B2B client portfolio. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a hunter mentality, and an ability to understand and position a diverse portfolio of services tailored to the unique needs of SMEs, mid-sized firms, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new B2B clients across sectors including tech, real estate, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Represent OUR FIRM's wide suite of services--from digital transformation and consulting to branding, IT, grants, and investor relations.

Attend client meetings across GTA and represent the firm at networking events, expos, and business forums.

Deliver compelling pitches and proposals based on client challenges, leveraging OUR FIRM's strategic and customized service model.

Work closely with internal strategy, marketing, and operations teams to align on client onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets, reporting progress and pipeline forecasts regularly to leadership.

Maintain all sales activity, contacts, and opportunities within CRM systems.

Required Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in SAAS, digital marketing, or consulting.

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing a client base.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.

Ability to quickly understand client business models and position relevant service offerings.

Self-starter, comfortable in both solo and collaborative roles, with strong time management skills.

Must have access to a vehicle and be open to in-person client visits across the GTA.

Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and proposal generation is preferred.

Work Environment & Support



Role is field-based with regular check-ins and virtual collaboration with the HQ team. Marketing collateral, training, and proposal templates will be provided. Strong internal support system to assist with client service delivery and administrative coordination.
