Our mission is simple: move our customers, not just their boxes. We specialize in home-to-home moves, with expertise in office and commercial relocations too.

We're looking for a

high-energy sales professional

to join us as an

Onsite Estimator / Sales Development Representative.


In this role, you'll be the face of our company--meeting customers in their homes or offices, building trust, and closing business. Your focus will be on

turning inquiries into booked moves

by showcasing the value of our services and delivering accurate, confidence-inspiring estimates.

We Are Currently Looking For:



A confident, results-driven individual who can generate excitement about our services, convert leads into customers, and grow revenue for our Vancouver team.

What Makes You a Great Fit:



Proven sales track record

in a quota-driven environment (inside or outside sales, account management, or sales development experience preferred). Skilled at

building rapport quickly

and establishing trust with prospective customers. Proven track record of developing and maintaining long standing sales relationships. Strong account manager. Strong presentation skills--you know how to clearly explain services, pricing, and value. Comfortable

asking for the sale

and handling objections with professionalism. Experience with

pipeline management, follow-up strategies, and CRM tools

to keep opportunities moving forward. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Valid driver's license and good driving record (company vehicle provided). Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:



Conduct onsite estimates for residential and commercial moves, using our proven sales process. Actively follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close bookings. Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Track sales activity in CRM to maintain an accurate and organized pipeline. Provide exceptional customer service that turns first-time clients into repeat and referral customers. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure estimates align with move-day execution.
