Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our high-performing team in Toronto. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for our bespoke IT and software talent solutions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research

to identify and target high-potential prospective clients within key industries in North America, the UK, and Europe.

Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies

, including personalized cold emails, strategic cold calls, and engaging LinkedIn outreach.

Perform in-depth discovery calls

to understand client organizational structures, business challenges, and specific IT/software talent needs.

Qualify leads

based on predefined criteria, determining their readiness and fit for our specialized staff augmentation services. Clearly articulate Infinitum Media(TM)'s unique value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions align with client objectives.

Skillfully schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations

for Account Executives, ensuring comprehensive handover notes. Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all sales activities, lead progression, and client interactions in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation. Collaborate effectively with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation efforts.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role, preferably within the IT staffing, SaaS, or technology sectors.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

, with a professional, articulate, and persuasive communication style. Strong active listening, questioning, and objection-handling abilities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach). Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and leverage insights for effective prospecting. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a high volume of outreach activities. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a sales-driven culture.
