What can you expect:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating leads and creating opportunities for the account executives by developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. You will focus on moving leads through the funnel, qualifying them and converting them to opportunities. By taking initiative and applying a best-practice approach to sales, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Researching, identifying and prospecting new leads;
  • Engaging & building relationships with leads through different channels (phone, email, social, etc.) in order to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL);
  • Setting up quality meetings with the Account Executives;
  • Joining the Account Executives on discovery calls;
  • Entering all customer interactions into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain data integrity.
What we want from you:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales development role;
  • Experience with outbound sales prospecting;
  • Experience in SaaS, or similar tech-related industry - an asset;
  • Passion for sales and strong business acumen;
  • Experience working with a CRM (like Salesforce) - an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), English and French;
  • Ability to travel, if required.
