We are looking for an Sales Coordinator to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time position.

How you will contribute:
  • Manage the communication with BDR applicants
  • Act as link between the Business Development department and other company departments.
  • Organize and conduct weekly virtual training sessions for BDRs
  • Prepare and send calendar invites for information sessions to new candidates
  • Participate in virtual information sessions
  • Send contract agreements to new BDRs
  • Track and follow up with applicants who attend information sessions
  • Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the department by providing required assistance to relevant staff

What you bring to the table:
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative support position for a sales/business department
  • Experience in merchant acquiring business or payment processing is an asset
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent documenting and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, advance user of Excel
  • Experience in coordinating and conducting training are an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional late hours during weekdays and weekends
