We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to earn commission in addition to hourly pay, with flexible hours and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, follow-ups, and scheduling
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in person to provide information and support
Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales reports
Help track leads, update CRM systems, and monitor progress toward sales targets
Coordinate logistics for orders, deliveries, or service appointments
Support marketing efforts including promotions, social media updates, or event coordination
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Bilingual (English, French, Mandarin...etc) is an asset
