POSITION SUMMARY This is a significant time for the growing team at Delphi. There is increasing demand, interest, and sense of urgency across multiple industry sectors to accelerate towards net zero. Delphi is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist in our efforts to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, excellent organization and communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will work closely with sales team and with our experts to support, coordinate and track sales activity. In this role, you will make a difference in supporting a progressive, rapidly growing team; do work that matters with people who respect and care about each other; and contribute directly to our transition to a clean, just and sustainable future. Key Responsibilities: Support BD and sales activities
  • Provide support in creating proposals and presentations and other sales materials
  • Coordinate sales activities, including lead management and outreach
  • Support managing the sales pipeline, ensuring deals are up-to-date, timely follow-up with potential clients and accurate tracking of sales activities
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales data in the company's CRM system
  • Work closely with team members to increase CRM usage
  • Support and engage in sales outreach and BD efforts
Support the implementation and execution of sales strategy
  • Support the implementation and refinement of processes to gain sales efficiency and track sales activity effectively
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform targeted BD efforts
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Measure and report on sales campaign success, suggest ideas and approaches to drive sales and results.
Qualifications and skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination and/or business development
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
  • Well-organized and highly detail-oriented
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Capability to work independently, but also demonstrates the ability to collaborate with the immediate and extended Delphi team
  • Experience using CRM systems to support sales activity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential; Additional languages to English will be considered a strong asset
  • Motivated to contribute to a purpose-driven mandate; passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and society and helping to solve climate change specifically
