Sheraton Ottawa Hotel is currently seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator.

This job is for YOU, if you have the ability to:

Create genuine connections with our guests, making customer service a priority and their hotel experience memorable. Build a strong work relationship with all other departments. Database maintenance and programming. Attend and assist in organizing associate events. Completion of all administrative duties while meeting deadlines. Preparation of reports for morning sales meeting. Preparation of BEOs in absence of Catering Coordinator. Design and prepare sales promotions pieces including e-blasts. Sending post event thank you letters and correspondence.
Other Key Skills:

Passionate about customer care. Attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Team player. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
Qualifications:

Previous hotel experience would be considered an asset. Bilingualism considered an asset. Hospitality/Tourism/Business degree would be considered an asset.
