Job Description


:The Sales Coordinator manages all assigned Commercial and Law Enforcement & Military accounts/customers. This includes processing orders, providing product and service information, and resolving customer complaints or product/service-related issues.
Duties & Responsibilities: Defense & Law Enforcement

  • Support the Manager of Defence & Law Enforcement with Individual Officer Program (I.O.P) orders
  • Respond to inquiries from Government Agency customers regarding order status requests
  • Aid in the scheduling of training courses for Government Agencies
  • Forward invoices to Government Agencies for payment of order / contracts
  • Respond to requests for product repairs from Government Agencies
  • Ensure all ITAR export documentation is completed by the customer correctly for ITAR product orders
  • Assist the Manager of Defence & Law Enforcement with Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Duties & Responsibilities: CSR
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Responds to and answers product and service questions, including suggesting information about other products and services
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Assists with testing related to processing changes, upgrades, etc., and reports on results
  • Represents the interest of the company amongst customers and other staff
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Will assist National Sales & Purchasing Manager as required (data entry)
Requirements:Education/Experience:\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience in a similar role.\xc2\xb7 Successful completion of a Post-Secondary Program or the equivalent in previous work experience.\xc2\xb7 Bilingual (English/French)Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bilingual- must be fluent in English and French\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, adept to working in a team environment\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills\xc2\xb7 Flexibility and the ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate in both English and French\xc2\xb7 Ability to problem-solve\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization\xc2\xb7 Good computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint\xc2\xb7 Excellent data entry skills\xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Self-starter with exceptional time management skills\xc2\xb7 Have or be willing to obtain a Canadian Firearms Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL)Preferred:\xc2\xb7 Post-Secondary in Business, Commerce or Marketing programs\xc2\xb7 Familiar with EDI processing\xc2\xb7 Familiar with JD Edwards\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of firearms and or hunting\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ITAR export documentation regulations and procedures\xc2\xb7 Experience responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
