Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a full time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!Situated in the heart of Niagara, this is an excellent opportunity for those with a love of hospitality and customer service!What you\'ll be doing:

• Prepares contracts and completes follow-ups with guests and/or clients.
• Takes inquiries for meetings and prepares contracts.
• Books and distributes all paperwork for all internal meetings.
• Maintains and updates all necessary sales tools including but not limited to menus, yield management info, sales kits and brochures.
• Responsible for the pick up and drop off of all internal and external mail for the sales team.
• Ensures that all definite files are distributed each day to the appropriate properties.
• Assists the sales team in preparing group files, assisting with direct mail programs, assisting with incoming telephone calls and inquiries, faxing and filing.
• Maintains the office supplies and prepares order forms.
• Actively seeking ways to meet Guests product or service needs.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you\'ll bring to the team:

• 2-3 years previous experience within the hotel or tourism related industry.
• Reliable transportation
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent combined with at least six (6) months experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
