The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized
Sales Coordinator
to join our team in
London, Ontario
. As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to our New Equipment Sales team, coordinating new equipment from order to delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support for the Sales department
Review new equipment orders via the CRM system; update CRM and ERP systems with pertinent information regarding customer orders
Provide frequent updates to New Equipment preparation sites, vendors, and Sales Representatives
Issue purchase orders, receive vendor invoices, and invoice customers
Manage freight, vendor, and work order costs, and optimize load value to ensure profit targets are met
Manage lead times for various vendors
Organize equipment preparation for Leavitt branches
Conduct production scheduling meetings and update stakeholders with any changes to equipment preparation and shipment dates
Arrange final inspections of equipment before delivery to customer
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, or a related field
Previous sales coordination experience a strong asset
Prior experience working in a heavy equipment or vehicle dealership environment an asset
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A high degree of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
