We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kelowna, BC Dealership as a Sales Coordinator. This is a Full Time, regular position. This role is 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, including Saturdays.

The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting and serving the sales department in an administrative capacity, directly reporting to the sales manager.

Job Duties
  • Adhering to the company\xe2\x80\x99s Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Order administration for stocking inventory orders. Including \xe2\x80\x93 preliminary order management approval, creation of order, communication and interface with manufacturers and dealership flooring provider, specification and price management, order confirmation, and management approval on final factory invoice.
  • Updating the exchange rate (G2/IDS) on unit orders.
  • Liaising with service for all in-stock inventory-related repairs.
  • Utilizing IDS software to manage order administration and use dealership filing system to manage both on-order and in-stock unit records.
  • Executing the administration of inventory pricing strategy as established by the company and Sales Managers.
  • Supporting the Sales Managers and the inventory support supervisor in the planning and execution of off-site sales.
  • Tracking dealer spiffs.
  • Answering phones, greeting customers, and assisting and directing them to the correct department or individual.
  • Managing all sales department files, both electronic and paper files.
  • Coordinating all service estimates for approval by sales managers.
  • Tracking sales policy approvals and reconciling with monthly statements.
  • Administering the Footsteps Lead Management system. Including Lead entry, lead update, and system management.
  • Monitoring the daily traffic logs to ensure consistency with the Lead Management system.
  • Coordinating the supply of advertising details to the marketing department.
  • Administering inventory presented on the company website, including uploading of photographs and scrutiny over specifications and web price.
  • Updating the Previously Used board.
  • Creating, updating, and publishing work schedules for sales staff 60 days in advance of the work period at the direction of Sales Management.
  • Monitoring CSI feedback and following up with sales staff on all hot and wow sheets.
  • Updating the Wow board.
  • Updating the Hot Alerts and following up with service on status updates.
  • Replenishing brochures and point of purchase material in a timely manner.
  • Occasionally opening or closing the dealership in support of the Sales Manager\xe2\x80\x99s work schedule.
  • Any other items, as directed by the Sales Managers
