The Sales Coordinator will play an integral role in the coordination of all aspects during Rent Up of new properties. The role places a focus on creating and coordinating the Rent Up process to ensure new site research, competitor analysis, events, rent up plans and commissioning items are completed. The Sales Coordinator will offer support to on location sites in their region to ensure Sales targets are being met and lead the site turnover to operations. The role will work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, representing Broadstreet\xe2\x80\x99s Rent Up department in our new building areas and our transition to Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support coordination of Rent Up projects as required through the Rent Up Manager
  • Coordinate with Rent Up Manager and Seymour site staff, the delivery and posting of any Rent Up site signage
  • Communicate regularly with the Rent Up Manager of any updates to market research, customer service strategies and vacancy rates to support sales
  • Support the planning and coordination of all sales events
  • Coordinate with Rent Up Manager any requirements for Project Managers
  • Coordinate with Rent Up Manager & Marketing to ensure sales strategies are supported
  • Complete area demographic/competitor analysis to support future pricing and incentive initiatives for new properties
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of prospective tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
  • Coordinate any needs for the success of the sales team and the Rent Up Manager
  • Consolidate research and competitor analysis creating functional Rent Up plans
  • Identify area trends and make recommendations to the Rent Up Manager
  • Analyze the effectiveness of Rent Up and sales plans, make recommendations as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Post-secondary education in business, project management, or operations
  • Minimum three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an operations, sales, or coordination role
  • A mix of both education and experience will be considered
  • Working knowledge of desktop publishing software
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances
  • Experience using website Content Management System
  • Proficient with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
