Job Summary
This role will be responsible for responding to all leads through social media and other online channels, initiating meaningful conversations, and assisting them to consultations and bookings. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. You will also be responsible to plan sales activities participating in the local community events and other ideas to increase the number of new leads and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and respond to incoming leads through social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, email and website opt-in inquiries.
• Engage with potential clients, offering personalized consultations to understand their needs for permanent makeup, laser removal, medical aesthetic services or training inquiries.
• Schedule consultations for clients, ensuring they receive a premium experience from the initial inquiry to their studio visit.
• Set a solid schedule to track and manage leads daily to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective follow-up on qualified leads and close sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute local sales activities to generate new leads, including organizing in-studio events, participating in beauty and wellness trade shows, and leveraging influencer marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and beauty bloggers to promote the studio's services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the studio.
Qualifications
• High proficiency with MS excel or Google Sheets to organize, consolidate data
• Have a strong sales mindset and number sensitive.
• Exceptionally organized and work on tight and structured follow up schedules.
• Must be comfortable with making friendly phone calls.
• Proven experience in sales, social media sales, or lead generation. It is a plus if the relevant experience was within the beauty, permanent makeup, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong ability to connect with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with social media marketing, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Instagram, and Go High Level CRM platform is a plus.
