Provide ongoing sales support to Account Managers & customers to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
Engage in customer onboarding, pricing proposals, and resolution
Submit request for information (RFI's) when new tenders are sent from the customers
Provide support and insights to freight visibility and BCP teams
Liaison between pricing & sales to complete contract renewals in timely fashion
Education Required: High School or Trade Certification/College Diploma
Experience required: 0 to 2 years of business-related experience (preferably in transportation)
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
Capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of accuracy
