We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lakeridge Auto Gallery. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients by managing administrative functions, coordinating between departments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
This role acts as a central point of contact between the management team, sales advisors, the service teams and customers to help ensure an efficient and professional dealership experience
Job Responsibilities
Support General Manager, Sales Managers, and Business Managers with administrative tasks
Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Provide front desk reception coverage as needed
Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance and provide management insights.
Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote dealership events and promotions.
Prepare mail, handle cheques and organize vehicle ownership documentation
Locate, coordinate, and arrange pickup for dealer trades
Handle vehicle licensing for new, pre-owned, lease transfers, and company fleet
Stock-in new, used, lease buyout, and wholesale vehicles
Maintain and update key track logs and reports
Ensure timely updates to vehicle inventory and listing on dealership websites
Verify sales deposits and cheque requisitions
Coordinate porter activities, track and renew dealer plates, stickers, and insurance for dealership vehicles and oversee the preparation of demos
Manage supply orders and maintain cleanliness in the showroom, lounge, washrooms, desk areas, and cafe as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales coordination, administration, dealership operations, licensing, or similar roles within the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
Knowledge of dealership software systems, especially CDK, is considered an advantage
Must be able to work 12-8pm Mondays - Thursdays and every Saturday.*
