Job Summary:

Are you passionate about luxury vehicles and thrive in a commission-based sales environment? As a Sales Consultant at Audi Kelowna, you'll leverage your dealership experience to provide an outstanding customer experience, driving sales and building lasting relationships. You'll immerse yourself in the Audi brand, using your expertise to guide clients through their purchasing journey and showcase the unparalleled quality of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Offer exceptional customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Audi vehicles, features, and benefits, ensuring you can effectively communicate and answer any questions customers may have.

Sales Process:

Drive the sales process by conducting vehicle presentations, test drives, and negotiations. Guide customers through the financing and paperwork process, ensuring a seamless transaction.

Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest Audi developments to effectively position our products in the market.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your team to meet and exceed sales targets. Participate in regular meetings and contribute to a positive and productive dealership environment.

Requirements:



Dealership Experience:

Previous experience in a dealership sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Sales Enthusiasm:

A passion for commission-based sales and the drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.

Brand Interest:

Genuine interest in the Audi brand and a commitment to upholding the high standards associated with it.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs and market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience with luxury automotive brands is an asset. Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.

Compensation:

Competitive commission structure, with earning potential directly linked to performance. Comprehensive benefits package available after 3 months.
