What You'll Be Doing:

Create exceptional customer experiences from the first point of contact through to vehicle delivery Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and earning their trust Proactively generate your own business through networking, follow-ups, and referrals Guide customers through the sales process, offering product knowledge, test drives, and financing options Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in a performance-driven environment Stay informed about the latest Volvo models, features, and innovations

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience

(any industry - we care about your ability to connect and close)

Automotive experience is an asset

, but not necessary -- we'll train the right person Confident working in a

commission-based

structure (no cap on earnings!) A self-starter who's motivated to build and grow their own book of business An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills A valid driver's license and clean driving record
