Sales & Business Development Manager - Cabins for UTVs, ATVs & Powersports (Ontario Region)
For our client - a well-established European manufacturer of cabins for UTVs, ATVs, forklifts, and other powersport and utility vehicles - we are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager for the Canadian market.
The company has a solid and growing presence in North America, supported by a logistics and warehouse hub in Ontario region. They collaborate with established partners in distribution and import, and are now looking to expand their direct sales efforts across Canada, focusing on large-volume customers and commercial or institutional fleets.
Why This Role?
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead sales of premium cabins tailored for a wide range of utility and off-road vehicles, including UTVs, ATVs, and other powersports equipment. Your role will be to identify fleet owners who already operate these vehicles - often without enclosed cabins - and offer them a high-quality, ready-to-install upgrade. You'll also explore opportunities to partner with vehicle dealers who can offer full packages including the company's cabins.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business across Canada, with a focus on:
o Municipal services
o Mining and construction
o Resorts and hotel chains
o Logistics and warehousing
o Any organization operating large UTV/ATV fleets
Develop partnerships with UTV/ATV dealers and importers, offering them value-added cabin solutions
Manage and grow relationships with federal, provincial, municipal, and private-sector buyers
Coordinate orders and delivery with the European HQ and Windsor warehouse
Occasionally visit Windsor, Ontario to support operations and customer needs
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales or business development in:
o UTVs, ATVs, powersports
o Motorcycles, scooters, boats, or utility vehicles
A strong network among vehicle importers, dealers, or large-scale end users
Track record of B2B sales, ideally in technical or vehicle-related products
Familiarity with public procurement or wholesale projects is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and to Windsor
Self-driven, independent professional with a hunter mentality
