Sales BDC Representative
to join our dynamic team in Cobourg!About the Role:
As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll manage inbound and outbound leads, book appointments, follow up with prospective buyers, and support our sales team in driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner Follow up with customers using CRM and dealership tools Book and confirm sales appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Assist with campaign follow-ups and promotional events Support the sales team with administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:
