Responsibilities
Manage all inbound sales inquiries from phone calls, website forms, and third-party lead sources
Use
CRM360
to track, organize, and follow up on all customer interactions
Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm customer showings
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up on unsold leads and previous customers
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule using CRM360's task management features
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead performance is optimized
Track and report on lead conversion rates and appointment show rates

Requirements
Automotive BDC, call center, or inside sales experience preferred
Experience with
CRM360
is a strong plus
Excellent phone skills and written communication
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
Must be reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
