JOB SUMMARY



Reporting to the Front Store Manager, the Front Store Clerk's primary responsibilities are to provide excellent customer service and carry out sales transactions and returns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Provides friendly and professional customer service

2. Carries out sales transactions and returns courteously and accurately

3. Assists with housekeeping, putting out stock, and merchandising

4. Ensures loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to store policy

5. Carries out additional duties as delegated by the Store Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



No experience required

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Previous retail experience considered an asset

Previous customer service experience considered an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS



Standing for up to 8 hours.

Lifting/moving up to 30 lbs may be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
