As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our clientele.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products to meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with technical sales or product knowledge relevant to our offerings is a plus.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
• Experience using POS systems is beneficial for efficient transaction management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week
